The 3-room non-smoking apartment, which you can reach by elevator, is on the 2nd Upper floor of the main building of a newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser - Seefahrtschule in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Naval School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations. Your holiday apartment is located here. The modern ambience and the bright colors underline the friendly and generous character. The light-flooded holiday apartment with 123 m² offers space for 4 people. Here you can spend an unforgettable vacation at any time of the year. Start your day with a view from the 10 m² balcony, which you can reach from the living room and enjoy views of the lagoon and the sunrise over Wustrow. The sun terrace has a table with four chairs, another balcony table and two comfortable sun loungers. Enter your comfortably furnished apartment through an entrance area with a cloakroom, a sideboard and a large mirror. The open living and kitchen area adjoins the hallway. The design flooring looks bright and friendly throughout the living and sleeping area. The spacious living area is equipped with a sofa bed, two armchairs and invites you to nice cozy moments. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. The Nolte fitted kitchen is modern and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave , The kitchen is equipped with numerous cooking utensils so that nothing stands in the way of cozy cooking evenings. This is complemented by the open kitchen and a comfortable seating group consisting of a dining table and six chairs. The two bedrooms are equipped with a high-quality box spring bed (180cm x 200cm) for cozy hours for two. From your bed you can watch your favorite program on a 32 inch flat screen TV or enjoy the view towards Wustrow.
