In addition, there are supermarkets, banks, post offices, doctors and pharmacies in the immediate vicinity. There are also some restaurants and shops on the ground floor of the residence. The shopping arcade "Unter den Kolonnaden", the Baltic Square with the art gallery, the Konzertgarten-West with its interesting and varied entertainment program, several bicycle rentals and many other attractive leisure activities are also in the vicinity and can be easily reached in just a few minutes on foot. For small children we can also provide you with a child's travel bed free of charge (without mattress, duvet, pillows and covers) and a high chair. The modern and spacious living / dining room has a separate seating area with a comfortable couch and coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs and a spacious sideboard. In addition, there is a fold-out comfortable wall bed in this room, which offers good sleeping comfort for 2 more people. From the living room you have direct access to the approx. 8 m² lake-side balcony with balcony furniture. Here you can relax and watch the hustle and bustle on the Ostseeallee or enjoy the warm summer nights with a good glass of wine in the evening! For your entertainment, a modern flat screen TV and a stereo system with radio and CD player are available in the apartment. In addition, the apartment has free WiFi. A well-stocked basic set of games (board, board and card games) and some books are also available. The separate kitchen includes a fully equipped kitchenette with 4-burner stove, oven, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well and adequately equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and pots. The bright and spacious bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers and also has direct access to the balcony. An additional comfortable sleeping option for another 3rd or 4th Person offers the comfortable fold-out wall bed in the living room. The friendly bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, a spacious bathroom cabinet, hairdryer, towel radiator and plenty of storage space. There is also a small storage room for suitcases and luggage in the apartment. You can store your shoes and jackets in the cloakroom (with mirror) in the entrance area of the apartment. Furthermore, an iron and an ironing board are available in the apartment, a communal (coin operated) washing machine and a tumble dryer are located in the basement of the residential complex and can be shared by all guests. You can park your car free of charge on a parking space belonging to your apartment right next to the house, your bicycles can be parked in a separate bike house in the residence. If you don't bring your own bikes, you can rent them if you are interested in renting a bike in the immediate vicinity of your residence. The elevator takes you comfortably to all floors of the residence. Bringing a dog is possible on request - the flat-rate additional costs for the increased final cleaning costs are € 15.00. Smoking is not permitted in the interests of our non-smoking guests in the apartment, please use the balcony for this. Thank you for your understanding! In a neighboring 4-star hotel, our holiday guests can use the modern and beautiful wellness area with sauna area, large indoor pool, cosmetics, massages and fitness for a fee.
