Truly Majorcan Finca with pool set near Cas Concos in the heart of open countryside in a very quiet and peaceful location. Romantic Mediterranean gardens, 4 bedrooms, ( 3 twins, 1 double ) 3 bathrooms. 10 minutes drive to sandy beaches, 5 minutes to restaurants, bars and shops.

Finca Can Andreu is situated in the southeast of the island close to the towns of Felanitx and Cas Concos. Here you will find the authentic Mallorca. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be reached within 2-5 car minutes. On Sundays there is a traditional market in Felanitx where the locals meet. The beaches of Cala Mondrago and Cala D´Or as well as the Vall D´Or Golfclub are within 15 car minutes reach. The famous beach of Es Trenc is only 20 minutes away.

Typical Majorcan farmhouse, recently renovated and decorated with family antiques.

Outside, the mozaic tiled crystal clear swimming pool is surrounded by terraces with sun loungers. The well maintained gardens are a very special feature of this farmhouse with a wide variety of citrus trees and palms, offering lot's of romantic shaded spots during summertime. The rear covered terrace is the ideal location for alfresco dining enjoying a tasty, freshly home cooked meal from the brick built BBQ.
