About this property

Central and almost on the beach - you will find that directly at the Probsteier Platz in Laboe.

The recently renovated 2-room apartment is the ideal starting point for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. It offers you a combined living area with sofa bed and dining area and a separate bedroom (double bed 140 x 200) and a separate kitchen.
The flat screen in the living room is equipped with a DVD drive, so that you don't have to do without your favorite film even on vacation - the existing film DVDs also ensure that many board games and over 100 books are available. There is another TV in the bedroom. If it should get a little cooler in the evening, you can use a decorative heater with an imitation fireplace. A balcony with high quality furniture is also available. If you don't want to do without your grilled meat, you can prepare something delicious on the electric grill.

A WLAN GIGACUBE is available during your stay.

A washing machine and dryer (coin operated machines) are available in a separate laundry room in the house. There is a private parking space right next to the house - free choice of place depending on availability. For our anglers we have a freezer in the house with separate compartments.

Die Fewo ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet.

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Ein dickes Minus ist, dass man direkt in Laboe keine Lebensmittel einkaufen kann. Als nicht Nicht-Autofahrer (wir benutzen nur öffentliche Verkehrsmittel) muss man weit laufen oder mit dem Bus fahren und schleppen. Das ist sehr schade in diesem schönen Ort!
