In our cozy 3-room apartment with terrace (also covered), well-being is the order of the day. The "Domizil am Park" is approx. 200m away, very close to the lake and bathing beach, and the park is also not far away at 50m. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Kressbronn and therefore in an optimal location. You have the train station in about 400m and since Kressbronn is between Friedrichshafen and Lindau, this is a perfect vacation spot. If you like to travel by boat on Lake Constance, you will find the pier in 200m. Shops such as bakeries, butchers, ice cream parlors and restaurants are located on the pier, and there is a good infrastructure. A special feature for families, in approx. 300m distance, is the playground "artist's corner" directly at the lake.
The distinctive 3-room apartment on 2 levels is fully and upscale equipped with a fitted kitchen, double bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in the children's room, which can be pulled out into a full double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 meters. A baby bed, a high chair, a changing facility as well as a diaper pail and stair gate are available. The tiles in the living / dining room, kitchen, bathroom (with daylight) and staircase, as well as parquet / plank flooring in the bedrooms and in the hallway also allow people with allergies to dust to enjoy their vacation. Pets are therefore not allowed. Use of washing machines and dryers for stays of 14 days or longer included (2 wash loads, otherwise for a fee). We would be happy to provide you with the first set of bed linen / towels, if required we charge EUR 2.50 per person.
