Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private balcony and a garden which is shared with the other residents of the villa and where you can relax with a glass of wine on mild summer evenings. Restaurants, cafe and bars can be reached on foot within a 7-minute walk and the nearest supermarket is located a 3-minute walk away (210 m). The cable car St. Ulrich - Seiser Alm is also just 13 minutes away on foot (800 m). This is the perfect accommodation for sports and nature enthusiasts as in addition to traditional Alpine skiing, there is also a wide range of leisure activities in the area such as snowshoeing, ski tours, heliskiing, skiguiding, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and tobogganing.
