The stylishly furnished, 60 m2 holiday flat "Rote Res" is located on the ground floor of the Alte Gendarmerie in Übersee and offers its guests a breathtaking mountain view. The historic building dates back to 1900 and was lovingly renovated in 2016 by the current owners while preserving historic details. The modern, spacious flat consists of a living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus offers space for 2 people. The amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a fireplace and satellite TV.

The flat also has a private garden, a private open terrace and a barbecue. Start your morning with a cup of hot coffee in the garden and end the evening with a glass of full-bodied wine under the stars.

The house is in an absolutely quiet location in the centre of Übersee and shops for daily needs as well as public transport (train, bus) are within walking distance.
