In the southeast of the Mediterranean island of Sardinia, the Terremesu holiday home is located near the village of Castiadas and consists of 2 semi-detached houses that share a common outdoor area. The accommodation Casa Janas extends across 2 floors and has on the ground floor a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find 2 bedrooms as well as another bathroom. The house can therefore accommodate 8 people. The child-friendly property is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, a cot and a highchair. In the communal outdoor area you will find a spacious garden lined with Mediterranean plants, a terrace for delicious meals and a communal pool for cool refreshment on hot days. The accommodation is perfect for those who are seeking a holiday in privacy and want to spend time in a typical Sardinian holiday home. Shopping, restaurants, bars and cafes are 12 minutes away by car and the coast, with its multitude of long, sandy beaches like Spiaggia Feraxi, is 15 minutes away by car.

Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed (upon request, for an extra charge). Bed linens and towels are available upon request for an extra cost. You can also book the property with the second semi-detached house on the ground to accommodate 20 people in total.
