Located in the popular village of Nerja, the apartment “Edificio Granada” is perfect for relaxing, stress-free holidays. The cosy property consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 1 single bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning and a television with international channels. Start the day with hot cup of coffee on the private balcony, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the morning. The highlight of this property is definitely the unique, guitar-shaped pool, which is suitable for both children and adults (the long, “neck” of the guitar is a shallow area for children). The pool is open all year round and can be accessed with a card, which guests will receive upon arrival. Furthermore, there is also an outdoor shower to cool down on summer days. Due to its fantastic location, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes can be easily reached on foot within just a few minutes. The nearest supermarket is just a 1-minute walk away (89 m). The famous Balcón de Europa, which is dotted with beautiful palm trees, offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding cliffs jutting out into the beautiful blue waters as well as direct access to the sea. This is just a 6-minute walk from the apartment (500 m). The beautiful Playa Torrecilla also awaits you just 400 m away (4 minutes walking). Directly beside this beach, you will also find the bustling square Plaza de los Cangrejos, which boasts multiple restaurants and bars as well as concerts, events and other activities during the summer months.
Pets are allowed, however only one small pet that is well-trained.
There is a parking area outside the property. Guests will have remote control access to this, however, as spots are not assigned, we can not guarantee an available spot.
The building is very easy accessible with elevators directly on the street for guests with reduced mobility.
