Stretching across 3 floors, the cosy house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, and one with a sofa bed) as well as one bathroom and 2 half-baths. The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and cable television. On your private balcony, round off a long day at the beach with a glass of wine and watch the sunset color the horizon. Due to its great location, you will find fresh fruit stands, tapas bars and various stores within 300 m of your front door. Downtown Arrecife - with its many shops and bars - as well as the gorgeous Playa del Reducto, which stretches for two kilometers along the coast, are about 5 km or less than a 10-minute drive away.

Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Public transportation stops are close by to take you around the city.
