Die Wohnung war soweit in Ordnung. Aber die Einrichtung ist doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und eine Renovierung/Erneuerung wäre schon angebracht.

Priv. Appartement in einer Hotelanlage

Die Lage des Objekts entspricht den Angaben, strandnah, relativ ruhig, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Der westliche Teil von Kühlungsborn ist etwas ruhiger (war zu unserer Ferienzeit nicht gar so überlaufen) als der östliche. Die Wohnung ist funktional ausgestettet, alles wie beschrieben. Leider sind die Balkonmöbel sehr unbequem, auf dem Holzlattenboden sehr unpraktisch und die Hälfte des Balkons wurde von Tauben verunreinigt, so dass der Balkon nicht wirklich zum Verweilen einlud. Für diese gehobene Preisklasse und das Hotel war die Sauberkeit des Objektes nicht ausreichend. In der Wohnung fehlte uns eine schriftliche Information, die uns willkommen heißt und dies und das erklärt: z.B.: die Gepflogenheiten der Mollinutzung. Sehr ungewöhnlich für so eine Touristenhochburg wie Kühlungsborn war, dass wir an mehreren Stellen auf eventuell zu erwartende Unfreundlichkeiten von touristischen Dienstleistern hingewiesen wurden.
