About this property

Enjoy your vacation in our maintained holiday villa 'Casa Mariposa'. Casa Mariposa is situated in a sedate area accessible by an approach-only road. There are three tennis courts within a four minute walk of the villa, and the beaches and the supermarket are approximately 850m away. The main flat with 100 sqm including the apartment with 60 sqm sleeps 4 - 6 persons. The Villa has a private swimming pool with roman stairs, plus an external shower and a beautiful poolside terrace with couches and a sun screen, as well as a barbecue. A lockable carport is provided with the property for vehicle protection. The villa is centrally heated when staying during cooler weather.

Tennis Courts Buenavista: There are three tennis courts within a four minute walk of the villa.

Diving and Sailing: The small marina situated at the border to Calpe provides a sailing school and a diving centre

Un 3eme séjour en Octobre à Moraira/Calpe

La maison est très bien située et l’endroit est calme. Il faut être suffisamment mobile car le jardin comprend beaucoup d’escaliers comme beaucoup de maisons à Moraira qui sont bâties à flan de collines. La terrasse est fantastique avec l’accès au solarium. Nous recommandons cette villa où nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Excelente casa vacacional

Casa muy completa, con todo lo necesario para pasar las vacaciones una familia. No le podemos poner ningún pero, todas las estancias cumplen perfectamente con lo anunciado superando incluso a las fotografías.

Para repetir!

Todo perfecto! Al llegar los dueños nos estaban esperando, nos enseñaron y nos explicaron todo lo relacionado con el chalet (son alemanes pero hablan español). Todo estaba muy limpio y además te dejan toallas y sábanas. La piscina la acababan de limpiar y la terraza está perfectamente equipada con tumbonas, sombrillas, mesa, sillas y barbacoa. Además tiene dos pequeñas terrazas más, una dentro de la vivienda y la otra en la parte superior subiendo unas escaleras, con unas bonitas vistas cuando es de noche. Es una zona tranquila ideal para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos. Sin duda, para repetir.
