Happy Cape 37 - Direct Gulf Access Villa

This 218 sqm2 villa with golf access is located directly on the canal. It is oriented to the southwest and from the boat deck you can watch beautiful sunsets in the evening.
The master bedroom (king-size bed has direct access to the pool. The master bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and toilet. The villa has two more bedrooms (queen-size bed) that share a common Jack and Jill bathroom. In total, the villa can accommodate 6 people, and is furnished very upscale.
In the kitchen you will find all modern appliances, as well as a kitchen bar, where you can enjoy breakfast. The comfortably furnished living room invites you to share hours with family or friends. For entertainment, you will find a large flat screen TV, as well as a stereo and a DVD player.
Guests can enjoy the pool and terrace area. On the provided sun loungers, you can unwind from the stressful everyday life and have a cool drink. The covered terrace area provides shade on hot days and the steak will taste particularly good from the gas grill.
You can rent a boat, even if it does not have a dock. We have private slips in the Yacht Club area and in the Rosegarden. From there you can use the boat you have rented and put it back there on the lift in the evening.

On site you will be looked after by our property management. Animals are not allowed in this villa.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
