The villa is at the heart of the Alto Monferrato hill.

Three apartments and two suites are available to let. They each have their own entrance, a bathroom, a TV and Internet. Wine grapes are cultivated on the 12-hectare site, such as Pinot Nero and a cabernet. In September a Dolcetto DOCG and Cortese DOV are harvested, a valued and limited vintage. Owing to the swimming pool, the tennis court and the romantic paths along the lake, Villa Sorgiva is an ideal starting point for guests who would like to spend an active, but at the same time cultural and relaxing holiday. You can hold celebrations here such as weddings, with a high-quality catering service available. Nearby there are golf courts, riding stables and you can visit the spa or castles and museums. You can go fishing in the Orba and Piota rivers.
