Two cosy holiday apartments in a quiet location and near the beach, ideal for those seeking leisure and exploratory trips
The apartments enjoy a quiet location on a cul-de-sac and about 80 metres from the beach. The centre of Malinska is about 10 minutes away, easy to get to on foot along the sea or by car.
It is a semi-detached house with a holiday apartment on the ground floor and another on the second floor. The owner lives on the second floor.
Three bicycles a duo canoe and a child’s bed (all free of charge) are available. The owner’s son sometimes catches white fish with a harpoon that you can have. If you need any help or advice during your stay, the owner is happy to assist.
The house is situated between two little bays. The first bay is 80 metres away and has more pebble. The other bay is about 100 metres away and is predominantly sand. See from the beach. The house is on the second row behind pine trees. If you need anything urgently, then there is a little grocery shop about 150 metres away. Alternatively, there is a large supermarket with a wider choice in the centre. The restaurants and shops are also not far away, about 150-250 metres. The centre is about 1100 metres away.
The property is a semi-detached house. Mine is one half that I rent out and live in. The house is situated between two small bays. The closer one is 80 metres away and has more gravel, the other bay is 100 metres away and has more sand. The house is in the second row from the beach, behind the pine trees. It is in a quiet location because it is in a cul-de-sac. The property has three floors with different holiday flats.
The 32m² terrace is partly covered with a tarpaulin and has a stone barbecue. There is a six metre long wall of leaves (glizina) to the side. A table for six people and a garden lounger invite you to linger and relax. The terrace offers partial sea views as far as the island of Cres. The flat has a car park in the grounds of the house.
The holiday flat on the top floor is approx. 62m² in size and can accommodate up to four people. The first bedroom has a double bed (180cm wide) and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a cosy sofa bed for one person in the large dining and living room. A dining table invites you to eat together. The open-plan kitchen is also located here and is equipped with all important kitchen utensils. In addition to a coffee machine, there is also a fridge, a gas hob, a toaster and a kettle. A bar counter invites you to socialise. You can see the sea through two windows in the living room. There is also air conditioning in the living room. There is a bathtub in the bathroom and a separate WC.
The area surrounding the house is quite green. Within a radius of 100 metres there are many bathing opportunities with sand, gravel, concrete and stone beaches. There is also a barrier-free access point. The restaurants and shops are also not far away, about 150-250m. The centre is 1100m away.
Guests have three bicycles, a canoe duo and a cot at their disposal.
