You can spend a relaxing holiday in a cosy holiday apartment with a big garden and lawn. It has its own separate entrance. The first bedroom also has a single bed and has a table and three chairs by the window. Therefore five guests can be accommodated comfortably. The centrepiece of the apartment is the generous living room-kitchen with a kitchen unit, a round dining table and a comfortable sofa suite. The kitchen unit is equipped with an oven and hob with four rings, a fridge, coffee machine and kettle. The living room provides a stereo system and satellite TV for entertainment in the evening. The bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is also another separate WC.

This holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a residential house in a quiet residential district in a small locality on the edge of the Bavarian Forest nature reserve.

There is a restaurant 300 metres away awaiting your visit. There are shopping facilities 4km away and a butcher just 150 metres away. You can go on many trips in the area. Nature lovers will find many hiking trails in the national park just 200 metres away. In winter there are many cross-country skiing trails. It is 4km by car to the natural pool in Spiegelau, 4km to a Schnapps Museum with tasting, 15km to a big outdoor pool and indoor pool in Grafenau, 18km to a golf course in Buchenau and 26km to the local museum in Finsterau.

Outside there is a big garden with flower beds and a roofed terrace. You can use the lawn for sunbathing. A round grill and garden furniture are provided for sociable grill evenings.
