Holiday home centrally located in the middle of the Carinthian lake and mountain region
We offer a private holiday home in a quiet location between Faakersee and Wörthersee.
The flat on the upper floor 3A1 is accessible via an independent staircase. Entrance from the covered, shady balcony with seating area. A large part of the balcony is reserved for sunbathers with chairs and loungers. This flat, ideal for 2 adults & 2 children, offers, in addition to kitchen and bathroom/WC, a large living/sleeping room with TV and infrared sauna, a further, separate bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be put together if necessary, so that the children can retreat to give the adults peace and/or more opportunity to develop. All beds are 90 x 200 cm.
The flat on the ground floor has, in addition to a large kitchen, bathroom/WC, living room and another TV, and a communal games room (bay window), 2 bedrooms, the larger with TV and beds 100 x 200 cm, the smaller single room with Grand Lit (140 x 200 cm).
Each flat has 1 washing machine, 1 dishwasher, RADIO and TV, as well as CD/video.
In front of the house is a south-facing breakfast terrace, shaded, for 7 people. There is also a fountain with a water basin.
There are plenty of activities for children, 2 slides, one of which goes into the pool, 4 tractors and 1 Kett-Car. There is also a covered terrace with top-quality table football.
The swimming pool for our guests measures 9.5 x 4.5 metres, with a children's slide, 160 cm deep, with an entry aid for the disabled. A heat pump ensures the desired temperature and a robot for periodic cleaning. Next to the pool there are 6 sunbeds with hygienic cushions, a hammock and a lawn for complete privacy. Regardless of whether your body is wet or dry, please always put a towel on first.
For sporty guests, we offer 6 city and mountain bikes free of charge and four e-bikes at 25 euros/day each. Badminton and/or badminton, 2 table tennis facilities, all available. There are 2 modern barbecues available. We ask for cleaning after each use.
Our photovoltaic system ensures sustainability. With AMTRON charging station for electric cars!
You drive into your carport and can plug in and charge straight away if necessary.
For bookings of 2 weeks in the early and late season, a discount of 10% of the rental price is granted. In the high season 1 Carinthia Card for adults for 14 days. Bookings in winter from 1st Dec. to 31st March are only possible on request !!!!!!!!!!
The holiday home is designed for a maximum of 7 people. Individual flats only on request in spring or autumn. We are also happy to provide breakfast pastries every morning.
L.b.n.l. every guest will understand that smoking is only permitted on the balcony and in the garden. There are enough ashtrays in the aforementioned places.
For essential information, esp. Emergency telephone numbers, for the obligatory waste separation, the house rules are available in 4 languages. Please read these. The guest is offered a maximum of support with questions about excursions, both at home and abroad, as well as good restaurants or snack stops.

Only one flat can be booked in this house in the period from mid-September to the end of April. Option 1: Apartment with the object number 689095 for four persons
Variant 2: Apartment with the object number 689109 for 4-5 persons or three adults and two children. There are some improvements for 2018: Guests who book 14 days will receive one Kärnten Card per family free of charge. If only one family rents the whole house, the following applies: - guests use four mountain and city bikes free of charge for the entire stay or - the Kärnten Card for a family of max. 4 people for 14 days. The normal bikes can be borrowed free of charge. Only the electric bikes cost 25 euros per day.
Bed linen, crockery and towels are provided. (Beds are already made up).
