This family-friendly, detached holiday apartment is in the southernmost part of the island of Rügen. Three-star holiday house with a garden, a view of the lake and Internet access, an ideal holiday destination for a relaxing holiday with the family
The detached holiday house was built in 2004 and renovated in 2013. It is on an enclosed plot of land. The barrier-free apartment is on one level and is classified as three-star by the DTV. The living space of 60m² comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with two sofa beds, a separate kitchen and a shower room. Apart from the comfortable box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), the parents’ room also has a baby cot (60 x 120 cm), a baby changing table with tub and a loft bed (90 x 190 cm), so children do not have to sleep alone away from home. The living room has sofa beds for two further guests in the living room, which you can also use for relaxing after a day trip, in front of the flatscreen TV. The TV set receives digital satellite channels. You can also bring your own films to watch with the USB connection or DVD player. Wine lovers will like the wine glasses in the display cabinet in the living room. An electric fireplace ensures cosy hours in the evening. There is a computer corner table with a PC as a workstation for your devices, with free Internet access. The separate, fully-equipped built-in kitchen has a round dining table with four chairs and enables convenient self-catering with a four-zone hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle with massage jets, for a good start to the day, as well as a washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
Outside on the 800m² site there is a sitting corner on a terrace with a dining table, four chairs and a parasol providing shade. You can use the grill for meals together in this flowery part of the garden, with a view of the lake. Children will enjoy the playground in the garden, with a swing, trampoline, sandpit and Wendy house, as well as a table tennis table. Two car parking spaces are available on site, as well as a tennis court for your own private use. The owners’ house is also on site and they are always happy to assist with any queries.
As a special extra, four bicycles and a child seat are available for use. The holiday home is pet-free. It is clean and no carpet is laid out. The object was again awarded 3 stars.
You can find a restaurant a kilometre away and shops within 6 km. Every morning a baker brings fresh bakery items around. It is 2km to the lake or an outdoor pool and you can go fishing 1km away. It is worth going on a trip by bicycle to the sandy beach three kilometres away. It is recommended to arrive by the Stahlborde/Glewitz ferry, which docks three kilometres from the holiday house.
