The holiday villa has a total of four holiday apartments, of which one has a veranda with a view of the park. The rough interior stone walls and the stone terraces harmonise well with the wrought-iron elements and the wooden furniture from the beginning of the 19th century, which smell of beeswax – an ideal atmosphere for relaxing.

The restaurant offers specialities of Mediterranean and international cuisine, such as fish and meat dishes, on request also vegetarian dishes, and Sicilian desserts. The dishes are complemented by regional and national wines.

The holiday accommodation is surrounded by a 6000m² park, where you can go for walks and enjoy the peace and quiet, or immerse yourself in reading. The park is adorned with a Padre Pio figure carved into a tree trunk by a famous local artist.

In the middle of the park there is a shared swimming pool with a lava rock basin and a whirlpool function – the ideal place for cooling off on hot summer days. In the evenings, enjoy delicious cocktails by the pool and indulge your senses with the scent of the surrounding landscape, especially the dominating fragrance of orange blossom.

Francofonte is located on hill where citrus fruit is cultivated, such as the famous Tarocco blood orange. It is in the centre of the triangle of Catania (45km), Siracusa (68km) and Ragusa (60km). Within 15 minutes by car you can get to Lago di Lentini. The sea (Agnone Bagni and Contrada San Leonardo in Augusta) is 27km from the holiday villa. Vizzini is a ten-minute drive away. It is also worth seeing places such as Palazzolo Acreide (38km), Buscemi and the Valle dell’Anapo, Val di Noto (67km) that was declared a UNESCO world cultural heritage site owing to its baroque heritage, Caltagirone (40km) famous for its ceramics manufacturing, Mineo (32km), Modica (68km) and Militello. It is 17km to the Lentini train station, 43km to Catania airport and 44km to Comiso airport.
