Location, Location, Location - Perfect for any group for any occasion

This newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house sits just 1/2 block off the prom and about a block to the aquarium. You can walk around town and down to the beach. No worries about taking the car or packing the kids up. On days when the weather isn't very nice there is a Foosball Table down stairs and Wi-Fi internet to keep the family entertained. Large Sectional couch in living room for the family to enjoy time together, original hardwood floors throughout the living room. 4 bedrooms are upstairs and additional sleeping downstairs (bunks - perfect for kids) With 3 levels to this house, there is plenty of room for the entire group and you don't feel crowded. Great house, lots of space for everyone, can't beat the great location.

Great location with a great layout for 2 families

We stayed at this gem of a beach house with another family... totaling 4 adults and 5 kids ranging from age 11-16. The house was very comfortable for all - and loved how the kids had their own separate area downstairs. Location was also a big plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Girl's Weekend

This house was great for our group. Its walking distance to the Prom and so convenient to grocery and other shopping. Plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped. A++ for great communication with management team and for them working with special accommodation for our senior Mom and daughter with a broken foot.

Perfect Seaside retreat with grandkids

This was the perfect place for a late summer getaway with grandkids - convenient to Seaside beaches, arcades, shops, restaurants. House was spacious with lots of beds to choose from, and bunkbeds & games in basement for kids to wind down after a day at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with a large center island to sit around.

Great long weekend

Stayed here with another family and the house fit 7 of us great, with room for more. Perfect location and fantastic kitchen. Great selection of beach amenities (boogie boards, toys, chairs, kite) and only half a block to the beach!
