The flat is on the 4th floor of a building with lift at the edge of the city centre and just a stone's throw from the sea.
The flat features a balcony with a table and four chairs.
The flat has a living area of 90 m² and features a large living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room features a comfortable seating area, a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo with docking station. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, glasses and cutlery. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen. The modern bathroom has a sink, jacuzzi bath and toilet. There is also a separate toilet at the entrance to the apartment. One bedroom has a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed. The other bedroom has two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm).
The new 2014 building is located on the edge of the city centre in the Burgundy district and about 150 metres from the sea. The Grand Mosque is a 15-minute walk from the hotel and the city centre is a 25-minute walk away. Our staff speaks English and French and will be happy to help you on site. There is a supermarket opposite.
The entire house is air-conditioned (hot/cold). Free Wi-Fi is available. A cot, high chair and baby bath are also available. In the apartment you will find a leaflet with emergency numbers, information on places of interest and good restaurants. The flat is not only rented out, but sometimes also used for personal use. It is therefore very personally furnished.
