The guesthouse is in a very quiet and central location with no through traffic.
Cosy rooms with balcony in a bed and breakfast in a central and quiet location, start the day with a delicious breakfast, relax in the large communal garden and enjoy the short walk to the lake and the town centre.
The rooms for two people each are located in a well-kept and family-run bed and breakfast. Each room has a double bed with satellite TV, central heating and a wardrobe to store your clothes. In one room there is the possibility of using a sofa bed as sleeping accommodation for a third person travelling with you. A private bathroom with shower and WC is also included. WLAN can be used free of charge.

Your balcony invites you to linger and relax. Start your day with a rich breakfast buffet, which is already included in the rental price. A guest fridge and satellite TV in the in-house breakfast room round off the offer. A large, park-like garden and a large sunbathing lawn are available to all guests. There is a car park in front of the house.

All guests receive the "Millstätter-Inclusive-Card 2018" on arrival with free entry to all lidos on Lake Millstatt. Free entry to the new Drautalperle adventure pool in Spittal/Drau. Free use of the mountain and toll roads as well as museums in the region.

Thanks to its central location, you only need two minutes to reach the lake with its lidos and numerous leisure facilities, as well as the town centre.
