About this property

Great location in Scottsdale! 1 bedroom/ 1 bath vacation rental with all the comforts of home. Bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed, lots of closet/dresser space, and sliding doors to the balcony. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and toilet that are separated by a door from the double sink vanity area.
The living room has soaring ceilings with comfortable furniture, a 48' flat screen tv and sliding doors to the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small balcony to the front of the property.

The unit also has a stackable washer and dryer.

The balcony overlooks the pool and greenbelt area and is furnished with a bistro table and chairs so you can enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

The resort style complex features 6 HEATED POOLS, SPAS, 8 tennis courts, Pickleball, and gas barbecues by the pool.

The complex is CONVENIENTLY LOCATED and there are many nearby restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, banks, doctors, etc. SCOTTSDALE HEALTHCARE SHEA hospital is 1/2 mile away and the MAYO CLINIC is a short 3 mile drive. Within 1 mile of Salt River Fields home of the AZ Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies Spring Training, as well as Odysea Aquarium, Butterfly Wonderland, The Great Wolf Lodge and Talking Stick Resort and Casino. So much to do!

There is a COVERED PARKING space for the condo as well as plenty of guest parking.

NO SMOKING is allowed in the home or on the balcony.

Items cannot be stored on the balconies or outside front door per the HOA.

There is a $150 cap on the monthly electric bill during the summer months.

Comfortable 1b with a nice view

This 1b / 1b condo was very comfortable for a 4 week stay for two people. The balcony in back was a great place to hang out and it has a very nice view of the pool and common area. The pool was heated and also very nice. My wife cleans houses so she’s picky when it comes to cleanliness. She would have liked to see it a little cleaner, but there wasn’t a major issue and it was probably average for a short term rental. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious, well-located apartment in the heart of North Scottsdale

Very clean, owner easy to work with, automated checkin/out, great location with many attractions/restaurants within walking distance. Apartment is relatively spacious for a 1-bedroom with vaulted ceilings. 6 pools and hot tubs. Lots of trees on property.

Perfect in every way!

My month-long stay in Michelle's condo was perfect from start to finish. The condo is beautifully furnished and fully appointed. The complex is wonderful and very quiet. I met many nice people sitting by the pool. You are close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee and any other amenity you might need. I cannot say enough about this outstanding condo and 100 percent would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Michelle, for everything! I hope to return soon!

Very Nice Condo and Location

The condo is spacious with vaulted ceilings. Furnishings are quality and in perfect condition. Even the kitchenware is top quality. The owner has thought of every little amenity you might need. The complex is quiet with a nice green belt. The balcony has a patio set with a wonderful view overlooking the pool. I wish the weather was cooler during my stay to be able to use it. Michelle was very communicative and even advised me of construction activity.

Stellar Stay

Michelle’s condo was perfect! The location was perfect, everything was no more than a 30 minute drive. The community was beautiful and well kept and the people were extremely nice. Michelle was very kind and quick to help us with anything! You couldn’t find a better spot to stay in my opinion. My fiancé and I definitely will keep Michelle’s condo on our minds for any and all future visits.
