The family house with a total of four holiday apartments is located in Povlja on the island of Brac, 37 km away from Split. Within this facility, guests have access to a barbecue, parking and free Wi-Fi. The house is in the center of Povlja, near the sea (40 m), grocery shop (50 m), numerous beaches, cafés, bars and restaurants. Povlja is a town on the northeastern side of the island of Brač. With a rich history that dates back to ancient times, proved by archaeological findings at the end of the bay, Povlja is a place that exudes peace and tranquility. It is the ideal place for a family holiday.
This apartment is located on the first floor of the family house. It is equipped for two adults plus two children. It is sunny and very spacious with one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a massage shower, air conditioner, induction cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven and refrigerator. TV is in the living room and wireless internet access is provided. The apartment is equipped with dishes for preparing and serving food and drinks and cutlery in adequate quantities. Bed linen and towels, cleaning after departure and the use of a baby crib are included. Pets are allowed.
The apartment has a private sea view balcony with a table and chairs. The communal terrace downstairs has a fireplace for barbecues. The price includes parking place in front of the house and use of the boat mooring.

The Tourist Association of Split-Dalmatia County Tourist Board declared Povlja to be the ‘most beautiful tourist town.’ This is due to all the natural beauty of this place, long promenade, cultural and historical sights, a large variety of high-quality dining options and numerous bays with beautiful beaches and clear waters.
Among the important cultural sights is also the parish church of St. John the Baptist, a three-aisled basilica which was built in the 5th century. The main altar in the church was built over the early Christian baptistery with fragments of frescoes. The tomb of St. John of Povlja was in the basilica in the Middle Ages. The Venetians took his body and as a kind of trophy kept it in the church of San Giovanni Elemosinario at Rialto (where the hands of St. John of Trogir were exhibited, taken away in 1171 from the ruined cathedral in Trogir). The Benedictine Glagolitic monastery from the 11th century is known for Charter of Povlja (Povaljska listina) and Lintel of Povlja (Povaljski prag), documents written in Bosnian Cyrillic (bosancica).
