Our lofts are located on the top floor of a house built in 1905. The apartments were newly built in 2017. The two loft apartments are located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. The old villa quarter is located near Paulusplatz/Steinhof and is, although close to the center, very quiet. 

From our house you can reach the highway in 2 minutes or you can walk to the train station or to the Messe/Allmend Lucerne in 15 minutes. We offer you your own seat in our wonderful garden, equipped with table and chairs. Or perhaps you would like to enjoy your aperitif or morning coffee on the roof terrace, with a wonderful view of the Alps and the surrounding rooftops.

Our studios were equipped by us with high-quality solid wood furniture from our own carpentry and a beautiful parquet floor.

A comfortable bed 160x200, a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, Nespresso machine (incl. coffee), kettle, toaster, small refrigerator and all necessary kitchen utensils we provide. 

In the new bathroom there is a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Toilet paper, hairdryer and towels are ready for you.
