SMOKING POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Please note that all rooms in the apartment are non-smoking rooms and it is not allowed smoking in any common area (on the windows as well).
Any evidence of violation of this rule will entail a charge of EUR 150.00 for extraordinary cleaning, apart from the damage material that may occur.

The room is located on Reinprechtdorfer Strasse, a street in the heart of Margareten area. There are numerous parks in the immediate vicinity such as the Haydn Park, the Walldmüller Park, the Alois-Greb-Park or the Alois-Drasche-Park. Südtiroler Platz-Hauptbahnhof is a station on Line U1, can be reached in a few minutes by bus. Margareten is located next to the city center and is therefore one of the inner-city districts.
The room in Reinprechtsdorfer Straße has very good public connection to main train station, the underground station Margarttengürtel and the Matzleindorfer Platz, a public transport with bus and tram connections as well as regional train connections. Tram lines 1 and 62 take you directly to Vienna city center and bus 14A takes you directly to the famous Mariahilferstrasse shopping street.
