As one of a total of three apartments on a farm, you will live the typical Austrian experience here. The apartments are tastefully decorated with lots of wood and the location next to a public playground with slide and swings ensures that the kids never get bored. Prepare the tastiest dishes in your own kitchen and enjoy a drink of your choice on the shared front terrace. All in a prime location!
A small ski area is just 5 km from Prutz. The larger ski areas of Nauders and Fiss, Serfaus and Ladis, which offer 40 lifts and 100 km of slopes, can be reached quickly. The free ski bus stops just 200 m from the house.

The region is home to stunning mountain trails that let you get closer to nature step by step. Hike through forested trails that lead you to breathtaking viewpoints, and enjoy the serenity of crystal-clear mountain lakes

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
