The country house, which dates back to 1794, was carefully restored to its original beauty in 2007. On the ground floor are the kitchen, living room and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and dining utensils, dishwasher, cooker and oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine and electric kettle. In the bathroom next to the living room there is a washing machine. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, one of which is furnished with two single beds and the other three with double beds. Two of the double bedrooms have their own bathroom, the other two share a separate third bathroom. If necessary, two extra beds can be added for children.

The property can be booked for exclusive use, so you can enjoy your stay in absolute privacy. The property offers a magnificent view of the typical Marche landscape with fields of wheat and sunflowers. The extra beds are folding beds.
