Coronado Shores 2BR 2BA 14th Floor Corner On The Ocean, Minimum One Month Rental

The property has a great view of the ocean! Perfect place to relax!

December in Coronado was great! We have family in the area and it is nice to be able to have them come visit at such a nice condo. The beach and condo facilities always give us lots to do..

We spent the month of January in this wonderful condo in Coronado, escaping the cold and snow of Colorado. It was indeed like arriving at Elrond's House as described by Tolkien in The Lord of the Rings, "Merely to be there was a cure for weariness, fear and sadness." The views of the Pacific Ocean are incredible, and going to sleep listening to the waves crashing on the beach was wonderful. This is a corner unit on the 14th Floor with close to 180 degree views of the ocean from the living room and views of Gloriettia Bay out of the bedroom and kitchen nook areas. We are seniors and the walks along the beach and into Coronado Village and around the town were delightful. Many good restaurants. shops and theatre within walking distance. The condo was exactly as advertized, good beds, well furnished kitchen, comfortable furniture in the living room and easy acess to parking and pool. We were blessed with great weather the whole time, sunny and close to 70 degrees every day. We found the owner to be very helpful and accomodating and have already reserved the unit for next year.

I have often visited Coronado and have always imagined what it must be like to have a condo at the Coronado Shores, with the Pacific Ocean as your front yard. This past October we had the opportunity to realize that dream and take home with us 95% of the memories of ownership. Whether it was awakening to the surfers, the dolphins in search of breakfast, or the Navy SEALS on an ocean swim, we became excited each morning by simply looking out the front window. This condo as advertised is a 14th floor corner unit on the ocean with an unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean, Point Loma, and you can even see Mexico. I don't imagine there are many, if any, condos in all of the Coronado Shore buildings that have a superior view. I recall how relaxing it was to fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing on the shore, a sound we first mistook for a windstorm. Weather it be the morning walks in the surf, enjoying the majesty of the Del Coronado, casually getting to know Coronado and San Diego better, or watching the final minutes of sunshine on a glorious day, we now have additional memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

I have read and agree with the comments of those previous reviewers. Certainly it all begins with the owner who more than deserves the comments and praise that the other reviewers have given him. I have chose not to repeat those or other comments because for me, it was all about living the dream and the memories we took from this remarkable experience!!

I have chosen not to repeat those comments or any others because for me it was all about living the dream and all the memories we gained from this wonderful experience!!
