About this property

This exclusive luxury home has a completely unique location. Enjoy the panoramic view of the North Sea and the fjord.

The house is located at the end of a private gravel road to the dunes, where there are only 2 other houses. The house has a shared outdoor tennis court. The house is surrounded by terraces on different levels, all of which offer great views. When you come up the gravel road to the house, you first pass the associated annex with exercise room. Here you will find a gym, a steam sauna cabin, a bathroom with shower and a loft with 2 mattresses. Continuing up to the house, you will find the associated garage with electric charging socket.

You enter the hallway of the house on the first floor and find 1 large and spacious bedroom and bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also an additional room with washing machine and dryer. On the 1st floor there is also a large bedroom with access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is in open connection with the dining room and living room and the many windows offer views of the sea and the fjord. There is a wood stove that provides coziness and warmth. In the living room the ceiling is open so that a lot of light comes in. From the living room stairs lead down to a bedroom with attached bathroom with shower, and from the living room stairs lead up to a bedroom - also with attached bathroom with shower. The house is very exclusive and furnished with high quality materials.

From the house it is only 150 meters to the North Sea and a few kilometers to the popular tourist town of Søndervig with various cafes, restaurants, bars and stores.
