Die Umgebung und die Lage des Objektes ist soweit okay. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung swar nicht gut ..Bettdecken schmutzig,Auflagen von den Betten verschmutzt ,Sofa durchgesessen und mit Flecken behaftet ,an den Zimmerwänden klebte der Schmutz noch von totgeschlagenen Insekten unansehlich....

Kommunikation und Anreise problemlos, Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte auch besser gepflegt sein. Tolle Lage zu Strand und Spielplatz.

Ferienwohnung mit Liebe zum Detail

Wir kommen schon seit über 13 Jahren nach Rerik und fühlen uns immer sehr Wohl. in diesem schönen und sehr gepflegten Haus sind wir nun zum 4. mal und fühlen uns rund um zufrieden. Hier stimmte eichfach alles, Einrichtung, Sauberkeit, Grösse und Bequemlichkeit. Das Haus und die Anlage sind sehr Kinderfreundlich angelegt. Was man auch unbedingt erwähnen muss, ist die gute Seele des Hauses, Frau Lemcke, die immer Ansprechbar und super nett ist, bei Problemen ist Sie sofort zur Stelle und hilft. Wer sich hier nicht wohl fühlt, ist selber Schuld !!!

Ferien mit Wohlfühlgarantie

Ich bin Wiederholungstäter und habe im Haus Nemo in diesem Jahr zum 5. Mal eine Ferienwohnung gemietet. Neben der Tatsache, das Rerik einfach die richtige Mischung zwischen Natur, Ruhe und trotzdem nicht ganz ab vom Schuss bietet, habe ich mich in der Wohnung von ersten Augenblick an rundherum wohlgefühlt. Neben den großzügig geschnittenen Wohnungen hat insbesondere die hochwertige Ausstattung im Wohnbereich ( eine großzügige Sitzgruppe, stabile Holzmöbel und ein Kaminofen) dazu beigetragen, dass Rerik mein neuer Favorit für Urlaub an der Ostsee ist. Wir haben über Jahrzehnte Urlaub in der Nähe von Scharbeutz in einem Ferienhaus von Bekannten gemacht. Nachdem diese Möglichkeit nicht mehr besteht, habe wir hier vollwertigen Ersatz gefunden und zusätzlich ein Stück ursprüngliche Ostsee gefunden. Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr schön, in den unteren Wohnungen hat man eine kleines Gartenstück mit Terrasse. Auch bei den Gartenmöbeln sind aus Holz, das finde ich sehr schön. Bei Fragen vor Ort hilft das freundliche Hausmeister Ehepaar!
