Wohnung Nemo im April 2023

Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung entsprach genau dem Inserat, alles war ordentlich und sauber. Allerdings muß ich mich den Vor-Bewertern anschließen: Die Spülmaschine sollte regelmäßig ordentlich gereinigt werden. Das Geschirr war nie richtig sauber, so dass wir fast alles mit der Hand nachspülen mussten. Alles andere war jedoch super und entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen :-)

Leider ging WLAN und Fernseher nicht! Das warme Wasser brauchte unendlich lange bis es ankam!

Ist eine vernünftige und akzeptable Ferienwohnung!

Großzügige Wohnung...

...mit genügend Schlafzimmer und Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Lage und Umgebung spitze. Check in und out eher unpersönlich über Schlüsselsafe und Telefon, aber sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Im Haus sind in den unteren Wohnung Haustiere erlaubt, finde ich wichtig für Allergiker zu wissen! Uns hat es Probleme bereitet. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, Essensreste (angefangene Nudelpakete etc) von Vormietern im Schrank, jede Menge Schmutz in den Schränken, Schubladen, unter den Betten, Fenster sehr dreckig, Balkon etc.... Wohnungen- auch Nachbarwohnungen- sind sehr hellhörig, Betten knarcksen super laut bei jeder Bewegung. Toll war das große Gefrierfach (leider noch gefüllt mit Eisresten etc), die Waschmaschine zum Benutzen und der überdachte und abschließbare Fahrradschuppen. Genügend Parkplätze vor und neben dem Haus sind vorhanden. Inhaltsangaben für das Geschirr stimmt nicht mit dem tatsächlichen Geschirr überein. Ein paar Gläser mehr wären toll, ansonsten fehlte nix...alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht. Alles in Allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit mit den Omas und Opas, vielen Dank!

Eine schöne geräumige Wohnung

Gute Lage, genügend Parkplätze, kurze Weg zum Strand, Einrichtung der Fewo ok, nur war die Sauberkeit zu bemängeln- Geschirrspüler haben wir aus diesem Grund nicht benutzt Waschmaschine war auch nicht besser Schlüsselübergabe ist unkompliziert aber für uns war das alles etwas unpersönlich-hatten wir schon besser. Nach Müllabfuhr haben wir die Mülltonnen abends reingestellt weil Verwalterin nicht da war. Bettwäsche war auch nicht sehr sauber
