Welcome to this beautiful villa in Cape Coral!

In this vacation rental you will find enough space for up to 6 people. The bedrooms are equipped with a king size and a queen size bed. In the 3rd bedroom there is a bunk bed, where the lower lying surface can be extended to a double bed. The two bathrooms are each equipped with a shower, sink, bathtub and toilet.

The fully equipped modern kitchen offers enough space to prepare a delicious meal for family or friends. The adjacent dining bar offers the possibility for a quick breakfast. A Nespresso coffee machine ensures that you can enjoy an aromatic coffee at any time.

The living room is brightly furnished and the modern seating area invites you to spend cozy evenings watching TV in front of the large flat-screen TV. To spend sociable hours, a billiards table is at your disposal, which will surely provide a lot of entertainment.

From the living room you can access the covered terrace, where a gas grill is ready for you. Here you will especially enjoy the juicy steak. The heated saltwater pool leaves nothing to be desired, here you can relax comfortably on the provided sun loungers and leave everyday life behind, under the sun of Cape Coral.Smoking is not allowed in this villa.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. No exception. On site you will be taken care of by our property management.

For your information: the garage is not available for guests. You have a parking space in front of the house.

House was as advertised.

The house was nice. Only a few minor things that kept this from being a 5 star review. The management team was quick to respond to issues.

The house itself was good. Pictures accurate. House appeared clean but needed a deep cleaning—dust on walls/spider webs inside house. Wet sheets on bed at checkin. Main negatives were property managers - not user friendly—rude!! Owners should get new property managers!!

Great new rental

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and almost everything was brand new. There were a couple of minor issues, but the property manager was VERY responsive and fixed everything right away. Great outdoor area with the large heated salt water pool- they even brought over a brand new grill! The floor plan is great with 2 living areas and the master suite being situated on the far side of the house. We went to Sanibel and Fort Myers, but with COVID we mostly just stayed at the house. We would definitely stay again.
