Die Wohnung ist in einer guten Lage zum Strand. Die Ausstattung ist leider ein zusammengewürfeltes Mobiliar sowie in der Küche ein Durcheinander von Tellern und Tassen aus Omas Nachlass. Es ist alles vorhanden aber nicht liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Esstisch ist sehr instabil.
