The Parque Santiago II complex is ideally located directly by the sea and at the same time on the shopping mile of Las Americas. All shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within easy walking distance.
The flat is equipped as follows: The newly renovated, fully equipped American kitchen (cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle as well as sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils) is separated from the living room by a counter. Behind it is the dining table and a couch with 2 armchairs and a satellite TV.
From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the sea, the island of La Gomera, the mountains and the beautifully designed pool area, which is available to all guests. There is a charge for the use of the sun loungers.
On the upper floor you will find another bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe room with a safe and the newly renovated bathroom with a shower, WC, washbasin with vanity unit and a washing machine. Next to the bedroom is a small room that can be used as a sleeping area for another child. Towels and bed linen are provided.
Opposite the kitchen is a bedroom with 2 single beds and another satellite TV. The renovated bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin with vanity unit, mirror cabinet and WC.
