The guesthouse, which has two holiday apartments to let, is located in Bastiani, a district of Cencenighe Agordino, about 2km from the centre. Owing to the location at about 1000 metres altitude, you can enjoy a wonderful view and absolute tranquillity. Despite the altitude, it is accessible by car all year round. The site is not fenced.

The apartments have heating and free wireless Internet access.

There are shops and a restaurant two to three kilometres away. The ski piste is only about 900 metres away. You can go swimming about 10km away.

This holiday accommodation is an 80m² attic apartment. It features customised furniture in a Cortina style. The double bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm), a four-door cupboard, a TV and a dresser and also has a telephone and Internet. The single room has a bed, a four-door wardrobe, a telephone and Internet. The living room provides a comfortable seating corner with a table and corner bench, a tiled fireplace oven and TV, Internet and a sofa bed for two people. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bath, WC, bidet, washbasin and washing machine, the other with a shower, WC and washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, such as a wood-burning stove, a fridge with a freezer compartment, an oven, microwave and dining table for four people. There is other furniture in the hallway.

The spacious balcony runs along the whole width of the house and offers a wonderful view, in any season. There are two garages for two cars and there is a public car park.
