The Eibsee and the cogwheel railroad to the Zugspitze are only 4km away and can be reached by car in 6 minutes. Garmisch town center is a 12-minute drive (7km) from the accommodation. Füssen and Neuschwanstein Castle are around 60km away and can be reached in about an hour by car. There are also several restaurants, a bakery and a wine store in the vicinity of the accommodation, which can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket is 450m away.
A parking spot is available on the property. Pets not allowed. Smoking and parties are not allowed. The guest card includes the bus to the Eibsee and to Garmisch free of charge.
The water quality in the accommodation is excellent, because the water flows according to Johann Grander.
