Set on a mountain, the house offers fantastic panoramic views of the Cefalu area, the coast and the Mediterranean Sea.
The house features a lovely outdoor kitchen on the spacious terrace in front of the house. In summer, life takes place outside, including cooking and eating. In front of the house is a large orchard with many fruit and olive trees.
The house has a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a guest toilet. The living room is furnished with a 160 cm x 200 cm sofa bed for two extra beds, a dining table and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm x 190 cm double bed. The kitchen is equipped with some household appliances and plenty of cutlery and crockery. In the bathroom you will find a shower, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine. There is a second toilet separately.
The house is located on the edge of the Madonie National Park, a vast and unspoilt mountain area with many opportunities to hike and enjoy nature or take a short sightseeing tour by car. The peace and quiet in the area are overwhelming. Sun, sea and long sandy beaches abound around Cefalu. For children, there is a tropical water park nearby. Thanks to its central location, Cefalu is an ideal starting point to visit the island's many attractions.
