About this property

A beautiful 4 bedroom house (4suite) with own pool, in a 400 m plot, in a beautiful Búzios Country condominium, with 24 hour security, sauna, swimming pool, barbecue, soccer field, tennis court, 10 minutes from the beaches of Manguinhos and Bahia Formosa (1st beach), and 15 minutes drive from the center of Buzios, the house holds up to 10 people. Upstairs two suites, one with private balcony and equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan and television with independent satellite dish, in the lower part of the house, two suites, equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan, with 2 single beds and two bunk beds a large living room with TV, satellite dish, 3 armchairs and 3 sofas of 3 bodies each, dining table for 10 people, fully equipped kitchen guaranteeing a great vacation; the house is very tastefully decorated and does not include bed linen and bath. Only for responsible couples, we do not rent for a group of young people. Maximum of 10 people.
