About this property

The modern holiday apartment Pino is located on the top floor of Villa Mara. The comfortable furnishings on 78 square meters offer optimal living quality for two to six people.

Living room:
A beautifully designed living room with a separate dining area invites you to linger. In addition, the living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, WiFi, and a sound system with docking system for iPod, iPhone and iPad. A large flat-screen satellite TV is ideal for relaxed movie evenings. There are also interesting games and books for adults and children.

Kitchen:
In the modern kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, spices and modern kitchen utensils you can conjure up your favorite meal quickly and easily. A filter coffee machine and a capsule machine are available for your coffee enjoyment.

Bedroom:
All 3 bedrooms each have two single beds. These can also be pushed together in a room if necessary. The bedrooms are equipped with a spacious closet, standing mirror and some with a sideboard with a lockable drawer. Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge.

Bathroom:
The beautiful bathroom with a spacious vanity unit with hairdryer, large shower, facial tissues and towel radiator and a separate toilet completes the overall picture.
Washing machine and dryer are available for a small fee (coin-operated machine) in the basement of the property.
A free parking space and a wallbox (chargeable) are available for you on the property.
Hand or Tea towels and bed linen are included.
Beds are made upon your arrival.

Villa Mara is located right on the quiet edge of the forest, right next to the nature reserve with its many hiking trails and cross-country ski trails. Within just a few minutes' walk you can reach the leisure and adventure pool with indoor and outdoor leisure pools, wave pool and slides, wellness area with saunas and treatment rooms, which promises lots of fun and action.
You can reach the city with its national, well-known shopping boulevard and numerous shopping opportunities as well as attractive restaurants through the large spa park of Bad Lauterberg. There is a mini golf course with shuffleboard, table tennis and football billiards, an outdoor fitness park and the large dream playground.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Wochenende in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig.

Top Ferienwohnung für Freunde und Familien

Wir haben drei Tage in der FeWo Pino verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden: sehr ruhig unterm Dach einer altehrwürdigen Villa am Waldrand gelegen, mit drei Schlafzimmern + Esszimmer + Küche + WoZi + Bad + WC riesig, außergewöhnlich reichhaltige Ausstattung mit allen Haushaltsgegenständen, sehr schickes, zeitgemäßes Interieur... Absolute Empfehlung :-)

Super lejlighed

5 dage i juli måned. Dejlig roligt sted. God udstyret lejlighed. Dejligt badeværelse og store værelser. Egen parkering ved huset. Vel nok Tysklands flotteste minigolf 10-15 minutters gang fra huset og byen 20 min væk. Badeland Vitamar er ideelt hvis man har børn med. Vi har booket igen 13. Oktober:-)

Traumhaft schönes Apartment

Sehr schön gelegenes und wunderbar renoviertes Haus mit perfekt ausgestatteten Apartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Passend zur Weihnachtszeit dezent geschmückt. 2 kleine Anregungen: 1. Die Bettdecken waren etwas zu dünn, so das man die Heizung auch über Nacht hochgedreht lassen musste. Vielleicht könnten 2 zusätzliche Wolldecken zur Verfügung gestellt werden ? Aber sonst alles super! 2. Gäste mit kleinen Kindern im oberen Apartment sollten wissen, dass die Decken eines alten Hauses nicht so federnd wie ein Turnhallenboden sind sondern hellhörig.

Traumvilla - wirklich traumhaft

Wir waren mit 4 Personen für 3 Nächte in der Wohnung Pino im Dachgeschoss. Schon von aussen freut man sich auf das Innere. Uriges Untergeschoss / Flur, dann eine moderne Wohnung. Sehr schön eingerichtet und dekoriert, wirklich "wie zuhause". Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, alles war wirklich super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (viel Geschirr, Besteck und Küchenutensilien / Küchengeräte!). Die Betten bezogen und bequem, nicht durchgelegen. Das Bad ebenfalls traumhaft: Großer Waschtisch, viel Stauraum/Ablagefläche. Seife und To-papier vorhanden - wir haben wirklich einen schönen, erholsamen Kurzurlaub gehabt. Es fehlte an nichts! Und auch vielen Dank an die freundlichen Vermieter, die schon im Vorfeld Fragen beantwortet haben - Wir kommen gerne wieder!
