You will find this cottage in a beautiful secluded location with beautiful scenery on all sides. It is situated on a large open plot where young and old can spread out. On the terrace you can relax and enjoy the view. The house is comfortably furnished and can accommodate 8 adults and 1 child in a crib.

In the immediate vicinity are year-round fantastic hiking areas with several marked hiking trails. One of the hiking trails is very close to the cottage. In summer you can fish in the mountain lakes. In the region you can find traces of mining in former times. Book a guided tour of the impressive disused mines - the mine buildings are still standing and give the town its distinctive atmosphere.

If you're in the mood for an adrenaline rush, in summer you can take a trip to the boys' via ferrata, just 6 km away. It is a good idea to book in advance.

Likewise, a winter sports vacation is a good idea: The cottage is directly adjacent to the slopes of the local Alpine Center, which is usually open on weekends, weekdays and during the Easter and winter vacations of Agder and Rogaland. In boys there are also many kilometers of groomed cross-country ski trails.

Getting to the cabin can be a challenge in deep winter. There is parking at the bottom of the hill, from where it is about 500 meters walk to the cabin. The road is cleared on weekends and holidays. There are several neighboring huts connected by the same road.
