Welcome to this vacation home with sea view and outdoor pool.

Look forward to a pleasant and relaxing time in this great vacation home on the west coast of southern Italy. The rooms of this spacious apartment are bright and nicely furnished, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
The house also includes a large, private garden and a communal pool. Jump in the pool or relax in the garden and enjoy the view of the sea and the mountains.

From the house you can reach the rocky coast and the pebble beach in a few minutes, where you can jump into the sea. You can also find fishing opportunities here.

The nearest town is Marina di Maratea and shopping facilities are 5 km away.
