In the cozy living room with open kitchen and dining area there is enough space for everyone - here you can relax, watch TV, listen to the radio or music and enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the fireplace in the cooler season. In the bathroom there is a comfortable underfloor heating.

There is a carport for your car. In front of the house is a large, partially covered wooden terrace with pleasant lounge furniture - including sun loungers for sunbathing - and a barbecue for joint barbecue evenings. Here you can soak up sun rays, read a good book, enjoy your favorite meals and the drink of your choice in the evening. The large property offers plenty of space for young and old to play and be active.

A few minutes separate you from the sandy beach, which invites you to take a swim or two. The area also offers many beautiful walks in green surroundings and along the beautiful coast.
