Finca with pool, beautiful garden and stylish furnishings near San Lorenzo

This finca, furnished with great taste and imagination, is situated in an idyllic hilly location near San Lorenzo, in the east of Mallorca. It is very stylishly furnished. The wide panoramic views as far as the sea are simply stunning.

First floor:
Here you will find a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a complete bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and shower as well as the large, light-flooded living room with an open fireplace, which is open to the dining room and kitchen. The spacious and covered terrace with beautiful patio furniture such as Bali beds can be reached from the living room. The central underfloor heating is particularly pleasant in the winter months. The house is furnished in a very modern style and is bright and friendly. It offers a lot of space on 225 square meters.

Second floor:
There are two further bedrooms here, a 40 sq m room with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and en suite bathroom with bathtub, as well as a double room with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). There is also another bathroom with a shower. From the roof terrace, which is accessible from both bedrooms, you have a wonderful panoramic view.

Pool:
4 m x 12.50 m, with stair access. The pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without any chlorine (except in very hot weather).

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4pm, check-out until 10am. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings under the minimum stay.

Please note that the price of this house is person-dependent. Additional costs may apply when booking additional persons.
