Mehrfachmängel

Wir hatten einen Kurzurlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Mehrere Mängel wurden von uns gemeldet, angefangen bei Verschmutzungen, Schäden an Einrichtungsgegenständen und zuletzt Baulärm von der gegenüber liegenden Baustelle. Die Bilder und Beschreibungen wurden laut Agentur an die Eigentümer weitergeleitet. Bis heute haben wir hierzu keine Antwort oder Stellungnahme erhalten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt aber wegen der fehlenden Kommunikation werden wir wohl nicht wieder kommen.

Es war sehr schön.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Jedoch ist Niendorf sehr eng und die Ostsee in eine Bucht eingeschlossen. Schön, dass wir es probiert haben. DIe Unterkunft war sehr schön.
