New contemporary villa designed by an architect with 270 m² of living space on 2 levels, which can accommodate 10 people.

5 bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe and storage (possibility of transforming a bedroom into 2 beds of 80)
3 bathrooms with Italian shower, towel dryer, hair dryer, 2 of which are equipped with toilets.
2 independent toilets, 1 on each level.
A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, drying rack and a heat pump.
A 32 m² covered terrace with an outdoor lounge and a table for 10 people.
Mobile barbecue and plancha, jacuzzi for 6 people, heated and secured swimming pool (cleaned twice a week) of 9mX4m with a uniform depth of 1,50 m, 10 sunbeds and a mini bowling green. On the first floor a terrace with a small living room, 4 armchairs and an awning. High chair and baby bed.

Parking for 4 vehicles in enclosed grounds. Carport (bicycle shelter), washing tub (wetsuit rinsing), drying rack, hose (board and paddle rinsing). The swimming pool is cleaned 2 times a week and the beds are made on arrival. Exceptionally, a small animal may be allowed after agreement with the owner.

Luxuriöse Unterkunft, tolle Lage & super Gastgeber: alles hat gepasst!

Pros: Das Haus ist super ausgestattet: großer Pool, heißer Whirlpool, gutes WLAN, Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet (Gewürze und Kaffee waren sogar für uns schon da). Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, waren Sie sofort zur Stelle und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Wir durften sowohl etwas früher ins Haus wie auch etwas länger bleiben. Beim Check-In haben wir eine umfangreiche Haustour und sogar einen Korb mit lokalen Spezialitäten erhalten. Cons: In Mimizan selbst (ca. 5 km entfernt) steht eine Papierfabrik, die gelegentlich etwas stinkt. Am Haus merkt man es vereinzelt (ca. 2-3x pro Tag für ca. 10 Minuten).

Superbe villa

Tout d’abord, l’accueil est top ! Les propriétaires sont sympathiques, très avenants tout en restant discrets mais disponibles tout le long du séjour. La villa est située non loin de l'océan dans un lotissement calme et il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis. La villa est très bien équipée, confortable, les espaces sont vastes, la décoration faite avec goût. Les photos reflètent bien la réalité : en consultant l’annonce, nous en avions eu plein les yeux et nous n’avons pas été déçus !
