Our house with 210 sqm living space (incl. garage and covered terrace) is located in a quiet, well-tended neighbourhood on a sunny 1000 sq. m plot.
The spacious, approx 9,00 * 4,00 m solar heated pool with a large sunbathing area is located on the south of the house and can be reached directly from the Master bedroom.
The next supermarket is approximately 500 m away. There is also a restaurant.
Your on-site support is made by our German manager.

Cape Coral

The pool and area was the highlight for our stay. Lots of foliage for privacy. House is as advertised. Well equipped kitchen. Overall, could use a little TLC.

Wonderful Home in Cape Coral

My wife and I have been spending some of each winter in Cape Coral for the last ten years. Many of our friends have retired to the area and we are the last remaining couple who are still "snowbirds". This house was ideal with for us to relax and visit with our Florida neighbors. Our only disappointment was that the pool did not include a professional pool service. Instead the Property Manager came by weekly to put a little chlorine into the pool without even removing the pool cover. I had to insist on them cleaning the pool once because it was so dirty. Other than the pool, I would recommend this Villa.

Einfach super

Da wir in der ursprünglich gemieteten Wohnung sehr unzufrieden waren, haben wir spontan nach einer Alternative geschaut und dieses Haus gefunden. Was soll ich sagen - das hat uns den Urlaub gerettet. Gemütlich eingerichtet, schöne Poolterrasse, sehr gepflegt das Ganze. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Und die Betreuung durch Frau Lambertus ist auch vorbildlich.

Dissapointed

Property was nice , location to stores and main roads great Communication with owner was good. Our reason for the low rating was the Construction around the property including Machinery and building noise along with dirt and dust covering our pool,ruined most of the stay. We feel we should have been notified in advance and given the opportunity to rebook at another time, or be relocated!
