Wir kommen seit 14 Jahren nach SPO. Die Wohnungen waren top. Auch die die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Wohnung "Seestern" hätten wir uns mehr wohnlichkeit (z.B.Bilder, Harken im Bad oder Flur) gewünscht. Der Anschluß zum Wlan sollte überprüft werden.

Geht so einigermaßen, könnte besser sein.

Der Aufenthalt war nicht schlecht. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir für 2 Wochen pro Person 1 Duschtuch + 2 normale Handtücher vor, was natürlich viel zu wenig ist. Auf meine Nachfrage Mitte des Urlaubs bekam ich eine unfreundliche Antwort, dass man kein Hotelbetrieb sei und keine Handtücher kämen. Der Spiegel im Bad ist viel zu hoch angebracht, so dass ich bei einer Größe von 154 cm noch nicht einmal meine Haare sehen konnte, musste deshalb in der Essecke, wo sich der Kleiderschrank mit einer Spiegeltür befindet, meine Haare föhnen. Dementsprechend flogen meine Haare auf den Esstisch. Nicht schön. Der Fernseher ist zu klein für den großen Abstand zum Sofa. Ein alter durchgesessener Ledersessel stand zur Verfügung, den sich aber auch nur 1 Person näher an den Fernseher schieben konnte. Die Haustür hat auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, war verwittert und nur schwer zu öffnen. Das Wlan war nicht optimal und umständlich, man musste sich auch immer wieder neu anmelden, ein zweites Gerät konnte überhaupt nicht angemeldet werden. Es kam nur 1 Gerät ins Internet. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich will jetzt mal aufhören zu kritisieren, obwohl noch einiges gesagt werden müsste. Auf gar keinen Fall würde ich diese Wohnung noch einmal mieten, schon gar nicht bei der Fa. Duggen, wo ich unfreundlich abgewimmelt wurde wegen der Handtücher.

Alles Top! Noch ein paar kleine Anmerkungen. Danke für den Wein zur Begrüßung, aber leider hat mir der nicht gemundet. Ein Hinweis welche Haustür zur Whg gehört hätte ich mir gewünscht. Nach einigem probieren hatte ich es dann. Auf dem Schlüssel stand auch eine andere Wohnungsnummer.
