Ein tolles Ferienhaus, wenn es gepflegt werden würde.Sauberkeit bei Ankunft: Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber. Kaffeemaschine schmutzig mit einem verschimmelten Kaffeefilter. Geschirrspülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt, teilweise noch schmutzig. Küchenabfall vom Vormieter, schmierig geputzte Böden und Flächen wie Kochplatten etc. plus Haare. Schmutziger Innenhof, Grill, Aschenbecher voll. Das schlimmste war die noch nach Urin riechende Matratze im kleineren Doppelzimmer. Defekt: beide Doppelbetten knarren bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung extrem laut, an Schlaf kaum zu denken. Backofentür, 2 Herdplatten, Küchenlampen defekt daher relativ dunkel in der Küchenzeile außer Zwischenwand zum Restaurant fällt zum Boden Richtung Restaurantbüro, beide Sessel zerrissene Sitzfläche, Dusche, Terrassenbank und Tisch defekt, alle Terrassentüren verschieden defekt, etc.Die Reinigung habe ich erstattet bekommen. Zu homekeepers: Sehr gut geschultes Personal im Bereich Kundengespräch.Einchecken schwierig. Letztendlich bekamen wir nur durch Screenshots meiner Buchungs- und Banküberweisungsdaten einen Schlüsselcode von homekeepers. Wofür haben wir Servicekosten an Fewo-Direkt bezahlt?Dann mussten wir noch durch ein Telefonat mit homekeepers erfahren, dass wir den Generalschlüssel für das gesamte Anwesen doch bitte in den Schlüsselsafe legen sollten, da dieser benötigt werden würde. Das bestätigte uns, die vorzeitige Abreise nach 4 Nächten statt nach 7 Nächten anzutreten.
