Villa Stokovci in Central Istria for families and kids with a large garden and playground
Villa Stokovci is a very nice, well-kept villa in the small town of Stokovci and just 15km from the city of Pula away.
It has 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms. There is a TV in every room. The whole villa is fully air-conditioned. Two bedrooms have additional single beds. The cozy living room also has a sofa bed which of course can also be used.
The whole villa is very cozy and offers plenty of space for a large family or a nice group of friends.
In the basement there is also the possibility to do fitness, or to play billiards or table tennis.
The large beautiful garden offers plenty of space to relax or enjoy the sun. In the garden there is also a beautiful swimming pool with a stone terrace and outdoor jacuzzi. Outside you will also find a playing yard with a 16x8meter ground for basketball, volleyball or small football. Additionally there is also a small minigolf with 6 paths. In the garden you have the possibility to grill and prepare delicious dishes. The grill invites you to hearty barbecue evenings.
